The opportunity to propose a change of paradigm

I also co-authored the Capstone assignment memorandum on "Project C Smart – Contracts-as-Software"

The solution designed together with Max Berry, Daniel Cedeño Brea, Karolina Jackowicz, Jurij Lampič, Cem Uçan combined (i) rules-driven automation with (ii) human input supported by (iii) data-driven automation, all in a single platform, with a purpose of eventually creating a legal ecosystem for the computational age. We argued that the challenges posed by increased regulatory complexity and business relations must be tackled not with smart contracts, but with Ricardian contracts.

Theodora, many thanks for your hard work!

Senior Counsel EMEA

Theodora has proven to have good knowledge of competition law aspects. Her drafting skills are good and she is easy to work with. She also has very good research skills.

Regional Law Firm

Theo is a very efficient person to work with. We have worked together on two projects and, each time, it felt like we can really depend on her to provide a complete input, respecting the deadlines. She is always on top of things and is very receptive regarding the tasks. Also, it is my opinion that she can adapt easily regarding tight deadlines and other difficulties our work implies. It is obvious that she has a very good knowledge of law.
